Well what can I say, punctual, polite and efficient Harry sorted out not one, but two laptops very quickly, installed the wireless router and gently moved me into the 21st century. Nothing was too much trouble and no question too daft to answer. What is best is that it doesn't stop with the return of the equipment and the very reasonable bill being paid. As a keen online gamer who had been using a mere laptop I was delighted at the end product from First4Computers. Once the specification was finalised, the computer was built quickly and to a high standard. Since I have taken delivery of the computer, I have had no problems with it, aside from an issue with the TV card. This was resolved when the TV card manufacturer released drivers for Windows 7 compatibility - not a problem with the computer itself. First4computers were very helpful in making sure this problem was resolved. I can thoroughly recommend this company - as in the other reviews, I can only say that it was a fast, friendly and professional service. Hearing stories that it could cost a fortune to put right I contacted friends and relatives for help. Some tried to do their best but to "no-avail" Further realising I had to "bite-the-bullet" as it were, I rang First4Computers and left a message. Waiting in anticipation I was called back and a visit to my home was arranged for that very day. Harry arrived exactly on time and asked if he should remove his shoes (very impressive) and we went straight to the computer. It took Harry, who I soon realised really knew his "stuff" , the best part of three hours, working non-stop, except when he had to wait for the computer, to declare "All Fixed" During this whole process Harry was extremely patient with me and you could judge he was enjoying explaining things and took an interest in his client. His Fee was entirely fair and appreciated. For me, in my 67th year, it is very comforting to know there is a young Man "out-there" who will help me. At one stage during this problem I was seriously thinking of confining my computer to the "Dustbin" but as it would seem our Institutions, Media and general Life styles require us to have one and as much as I hate to admit it, it IS a most useful "Tool". I have no hesitation, whatsoever in recommending Harry's services to anyone or any organisation.
