Warranty Policy
New products carry a twelve (12) month return-to-base warranty unless otherwise specified.
A callout charge may be made where on-site support is required. To make claims under this
warranty, please call on 0117 922 0686. Please contact us first before claiming under a
manufacturer's warranty.
Service contract holders may be entitled to on-site support, depending on the terms of their
contract. All other callouts will be charged the standard hourly
rate. Free technical support by e-mail and telephone is available for most products, but
this is not provided as a guaranteed service.
No liability can be accepted for loss of profits, consequential loss or any other incidental
costs arising from the use of our products or services (unless a service level agreement
explicitly states this). Repairs and servicing are guaranteed to be free from defects for
a period of three (3) months.
